Privacy Policy for AI Phone Cleaner

AI Phone Cleaner (“the App,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is designed to help users review device storage, clean safe temporary files, access Android system tools, and use battery-care shortcuts.
We respect your privacy. The current version of AI Phone Cleaner does not collect, upload, sell, rent, or share users’ personal information.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
AI Phone Cleaner does not require you to:

- Provide your name
- Provide an email address or phone number
- Enter payment or banking information
- Submit identification documents
- Provide other personal details
The App does not operate its own server for collecting or storing personal information.
2. Local Device Processing
AI Phone Cleaner may access and process limited device information locally to display cleaning, storage, and battery-related information, including:
- Available and used storage space
- App-owned cache and temporary file size
- Battery level
- Charging status
This information is processed locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.
3. Cleaning and Smart Tools
AI Phone Cleaner cleans only safe, app-owned cache files and temporary files that Android permits the App to manage.
Some features may open Android system screens or other applications already installed on your device. These may include:
- Storage settings
- Application settings
- Battery settings
- Privacy settings
- Photos and videos
- Contacts
- Calendar
- Other Android management tools
When you use these screens, your actions are handled by Android or the relevant third-party application. AI Phone Cleaner does not control how those external screens or applications process your actions.
4. Photos, Videos, Contacts, and Calendar
The App may provide shortcuts that open system or application screens where you can review photos, videos, contacts, calendar entries, or other files.
AI Phone Cleaner does not upload, copy, sell, or store these files or records on its servers.
You are responsible for carefully reviewing any files, applications, contacts, or records before deleting or changing them through Android system tools or other applications.
5. Permissions
AI Phone Cleaner may request permissions that are necessary for specific features to work.
Permissions are used only for the purpose explained when they are requested. You may deny or revoke permissions at any time through your device settings, although some features may not function correctly without the required permissions.
The App does not use permissions to secretly collect or transmit personal information.
6. Advertising, Payments, and Subscriptions
The current version of AI Phone Cleaner does not include:
- Advertising
- In-app purchases
- Paid subscriptions
- Payment processing
If advertising, analytics, subscriptions, purchases, or other monetization features are introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated before or when those features are released.
7. Rate Us and External Services
The App may include a “Rate Us” option that opens the AI Phone Cleaner listing on the Google Play Store.
When you leave the App and use Google Play, Android settings, another application, or an external website, your activity is governed by the privacy policy and terms of the relevant service.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or operation of third-party applications, websites, or services.
8. Data Sharing
We do not share personal data with third parties because the current version of AI Phone Cleaner does not collect personal data.
User-initiated activities, such as opening Android settings, Google Play, or another installed application, may be processed independently by Android, Google, or the selected application.
9. Data Retention
Because AI Phone Cleaner does not collect personal data on its servers, we do not retain personal data on our servers.
The App may store limited preferences locally on your device, including:
- Theme selection
- Language preferences
- Onboarding completion status
- Other basic application settings
You can delete locally stored App data by clearing AI Phone Cleaner’s storage through Android settings or by uninstalling the App.
10. Data Deletion
Since the App does not maintain user accounts or store personal information on its servers, there is no server-based personal data to delete.
To remove locally stored preferences and App data, you may:
- Open your device’s Settings.
- Select Apps or Application Management.
- Select AI Phone Cleaner.
- Choose Storage.
- Select Clear Data or Clear Storage.
Uninstalling the App will also remove locally stored App data, subject to Android’s device and backup settings.
11. Children’s Privacy
AI Phone Cleaner is not specifically directed toward children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App does not collect personal information from users, it does not intentionally maintain personal information belonging to children.
Parents and guardians should supervise children’s use of device-cleaning and file-management tools to prevent accidental deletion or modification of files.
12. Security
AI Phone Cleaner is designed to process storage, cleaner, and battery information locally on your device.
Although no application, device, or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure, we reduce privacy risks by avoiding unnecessary collection, transmission, and storage of personal information.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App’s features, legal requirements, or privacy practices change.
When changes are made, the revised Privacy Policy will include an updated effective date. We encourage users to review this policy periodically.
Your continued use of AI Phone Cleaner after an updated policy becomes effective indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
